- Rent collections
- Review fire and liability insurance policies
- Establish emergency procedures
- Prepare and send notices
- Maintain all records and tenant correspondences
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
- Perform thorough property inspections to identify structural, maintenance and
safety issues
- Establish open communication with all tenants
- Respond promptly to service requests
- Review and/or supervise improvement projects
- Review parking assignments and enforcement procedures
- Monitor adherence of lease buildings policies
- Provide 24 hour emergency service
